The Ecolave® Master Franchise Agreement

The Ecolave® Master Franchise agreement puts three parties in contact: the franchisor/ the Master Franchisee and the sub franchisee.


The Ecolave® Master Franchise agreement is the convergence of two franchise contracts: an agreement between the franchisor and the master franchisee and an agreement between the master franchisee and the sub franchisee.


The first contract is the Ecolave® Master Franchise agreement in accordance with which the franchisor grants an exclusive licence of the Ecolave® franchise to a master franchisee for a defined territory.


The second contract is a normal franchise agreement made between the master franchisee and the sub franchisee in accordance with which the master franchisee grants to the sub franchisee an exclusive licence for a part of the territory granted by the master franchise agreement.


FOR THE MASTER FRANCHISEE

He is an Ecolave® franchisee with regard to the franchisor and has the same obligations as a normal franchisee. However, as master franchisee, he is a franchisor to the sub-franchisee; he has additional obligations to the main franchisor and is obliged in particular, to be responsible for the sub-franchisees with regard to the main franchisor.


FOR THE SUB FRANCHISEE

He has all the advantages of the Ecolave® franchise. In addition, he has a double assistance and stimulation: that of the franchisor and the Master Franchisee.
